Join Jubo Health Technologies in Calgary, AB, as a full-time hybrid Content Marketing Specialist (B2B/SaaS). In this key role, you’ll help shape our marketing strategy and boost engagement across multiple channels. You’ll develop and execute comprehensive content strategies to generate leads, support sales, and elevate our brand in the healthcare B2B/SaaS sector. Responsibilities

  • Create engaging content across formats, including blogs, social media, landing pages, emails, and sales materials.  
  • Develop valuable resources like eBooks, case studies, white papers, and infographics.  
  • Maintain the company blog and resource library while collaborating on a strategic content calendar.  
  • Manage social media platforms, including regular posts and performance analysis.  
  • Create and oversee product documentation and knowledge base content.  
  • Maintain an email marketing calendar, sending regular updates and analyzing results.  
  • Organize online events such as webinars and podcasts.  
  • Coordinate participation in offline events like trade shows.  
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content aligns with business goals.  
  • Develop content marketing strategies for new product features and solutions.  
  • Conduct keyword and competitor research to enhance content performance.  
  • Analyze content performance metrics and provide regular marketing reports.  
  • Optimize content for search engine visibility and lead generation.  
  • Support the Marketing team with additional tasks as needed. 

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B/SaaS content marketing, preferably within healthcare technologies 
  • Strong communication and content strategy skills, with expertise in web content writing and management 
  • Skilled in technical writing and creative storytelling, translating complex ideas into engaging and accessible content 
  • Proven experience in social media management, spearheading strategies for organic content development and fostering audience growth and engagement. 
  • Proficient in graphic design and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma) 
  • Proven experience in coordinating both online and offline events, including webinars and participation in trade shows. 
  • Proficient in content management systems (e.g., HubSpot, WordPress) and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) 
  • Advanced knowledge of SEO principles and content optimization techniques, with proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz) 
  • Strong analytical and creative thinking abilities, with a focus on data analytics to drive actionable insights 
  • Detail-oriented project management skills, capable of multitasking in fast-paced environments 
  • Adaptable team player who thrives in both independent and collaborative settings 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field preferred 

Reporting

This role reports to the Marketing Manager and does not have direct reports.
